1. Introduction and Acceptance

This service and website (Srodna-dusa.com, the "Service") are operated by TeeWiz društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za računalno programiranje (TeeWiz d.o.o.), with registered seat at Prilaz Vladislava Brajkovića 11, 10020 Zagreb, Hrvatska, OIB 35789667386, MBS 06165907, registered with the Trgovački sud u Zagrebu. Throughout these Terms we refer to ourselves as TeeWiz d.o.o., "we", "us" or "our".

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Online Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Croatian Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima) and the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

For business users, the courts of Trgovački sud u Zagrebu have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, this clause does not limit your right under Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast) to bring proceedings before the courts of the EU member state in which you are domiciled, or to rely on any mandatory consumer-protection rule of that member state.

3. Astrological and Esoteric Services Disclaimer

The Service provides personalized astrological readings, soulmate sketches, compatibility analyses, numerology, palmistry and related esoteric content for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only. Our content is not scientifically validated and is not a substitute for medical, financial, legal, psychological or any other professional advice. You should not rely on it for important life decisions.

Interpretations vary between practitioners and traditions. Results depend on the accuracy of the personal data you provide and on individual interpretation. By using the Service you acknowledge these limitations and agree that we are not liable for outcomes you experience as a result of acting on any reading.

4. Account Eligibility, Security and Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service. You are permitted one account per person, must provide accurate registration information, and must keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@srodna-dusa.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to: create multiple accounts, share credentials, submit false data, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service to harass others.

5. Subscriptions, Trials and Billing

5.1 Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase and include all applicable taxes. TeeWiz d.o.o. is currently not registered for VAT (PDV) — pursuant to Article 90(2) of the Croatian VAT Act (Zakon o PDV-u), no VAT is charged on supplies made by TeeWiz d.o.o..

5.2 Trial period

Where offered, an introductory trial gives you full access to selected paid features at a reduced trial price (e.g. 999 RSD, 2.999 RSD or 3.999 RSD, depending on the offer). The trial is charged immediately upon sign-up. Only one trial is permitted per user.

5.3 Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your trial converts to the standard subscription you selected at sign-up and renews automatically (weekly or monthly depending on the plan). The renewal price is shown clearly during sign-up. You will be charged on the renewal date until you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via the self-service cancellation page (see /cancel), the Help Centre (/help), or by emailing support@srodna-dusa.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access to the Service continues until that date.

5.5 One-time purchases

Some premium content (e.g. additional soulmate insights, fast sketches, tarot readings) is sold as one-time purchases ranging from approximately €1 to €25, billed separately and confirmed before checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy for full details, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and the conditions under which it can be waived for digital services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, algorithms, astrological interpretation frameworks, sketches, illustrations, logos and trademarks on the Service are owned by TeeWiz d.o.o. or its licensors and protected by Croatian, EU and international copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view and download Service content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works.

8. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the personal data you submit (birth details, photos, questionnaire answers). By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to process that data for the purposes of providing the Service, generating reports, improving our algorithms (in anonymised form), and complying with our legal obligations. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes third-party rights, contains malicious code, or is harmful to others.

9. Service Availability and Support

We aim for 97% uptime over each calendar year. We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours' notice and emergency maintenance without notice when needed for security or stability.

Customer support is available by email at support@srodna-dusa.com and via the Help Centre at /help. Initial response within 24 hours; typical resolution within 3–5 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Croatian or EU consumer law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, intent, or fraud).

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or for outcomes you experience as a result of acting on entertainment readings.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via /cancel or by emailing support@srodna-dusa.com. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, payment default, or where required by law. We will give you reasonable notice unless the breach is severe enough to require immediate action.

On termination, your subscription ends, access is revoked, and your data is retained or deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure, Severability and Entire Agreement

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, infrastructure failures, pandemics, power outages, government action). If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeeWiz d.o.o. regarding the Service.
